Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. localStorage is a comparable browser storage technology; this policy covers both.

For visitors from the EU, Section 25 of the German TDDDG and the ePrivacy rules apply; in Türkiye, the KVKK and the Data Protection Authority's cookie guideline apply. The common principle: non-essential cookies require prior consent.

Only the following technologies are used on this website:

• "lang" (cookie + localStorage, first-party). Purpose: remembering your language selection and redirecting the homepage to the correct language. Category: functional/necessary. Duration: cookie 12 months, localStorage until you delete it. The cookie is technically transmitted to our server with each request; it is not shared with third parties.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (third party; contact page only). Purpose: bot and abuse protection for the form (security). Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Category: necessary/security. Turnstile may use security cookies such as "__cf_bm" or "cf_clearance" during verification.
• "cookie-consent" (localStorage, first-party). Purpose: storing your decision on embedding Google Maps maps (granted or declined) together with its timestamp. Category: functional. Duration: 12 months from your decision, after which we ask again; you can change it at any time via the cookie settings in the footer or remove it by clearing site data. Not shared with third parties.
• Google Maps (third party; location pages only and only after your consent). Purpose: displaying the location map. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA). Category: consent-based. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and process data such as your IP address.

No analytics, statistics, advertising or tracking technologies are used at all. The cookie banner exists solely for your decision on loading Google Maps maps (section 5); no other consents are requested. You can change your decision at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.

The location pages embed maps from Google Maps. The map is loaded only after you have consented via the cookie banner or the "Load map" button (Section 25(1) TDDDG and consent under KVKK); without consent only a placeholder is shown. When the map loads, data (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to Google and Google may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies (provider: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA). In addition we link to Google Maps in a new tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and remove localStorage by clearing site data. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent the language selection from being saved or the contact form from working.
